Foundation and Corporate Giving

Every year, National Braille Press benefits from the support of many organizations, including corporations and foundations. These partners help to make an impact on our mission to serve the blind and visually impaired.

Research & Development

CBI aims to be a hub for braille research and technology. As part of NBP, CBI's hope is to spread the word on the importance of braille and tactile literacy, while developing products to put it directly in the hands of the blind community.

Advocacy

ADA Celebration Day is a yearly event held each July in Boston that celebrates the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Each year, the event honors a local organization that has made an impact on accessibility or inclusion in Boston. ADA Celebration Day is an event for people of all ages and all abilities to come together and celebrate a milestone in the disability community.

Experience dining like never before...in the dark!

Experience dining like never before....in the Dark! Join us at Hampshire House for our Tasting with a Twist Fundraiser to benefit National Braille Press on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 6PM. NBP has spent nine decades in Boston serving the blind community in Massachusetts and across the country by providing high-quality braille books and materials at a fair price. Provide the gift of literacy to a blind child and celebrate 92 years with us at Hampshire House. As a braille reader guides you through this interactive dinner, you will use aroma, texture and taste to explore the evening's menu without sight. Don't miss out on this unique and unforgettable sensory dining experience. Buy your tickets here. Can't make it but want to support NBP? To RSVP or donate by phone, contact Andrea Swallow at (617)-425-2410 or visit our sponsorship page.
