Accents, the copyright symbol, the yen sign, diacritical marks, alphabets such as Cyrillic - if you use a screen reader or braille display and need to type characters that aren't on the standard keyboard, this booklet will help!

This book covers the two scenarios in which you might want to type such characters: One, if you need to type things like the copyright symbol, the yen sign, or an e with an acute accent but are working primarily in English; and two, if you want to type in a language that uses many symbols that aren't on the standard keyboard or are in a completely different alphabet, and you want to have them all readily available on the keyboard. Author Anna Dresner also covers how to work in a foreign language, and offers helpful tips such as controlling the AutoCorrect feature and making shortcut keys for symbols.
