I have always enjoyed cooking and plan to go into the business field. I want to have or work in a small bakery or restaurant. Last October, I joined our local 4-H club and recently entered things in the county fair.
I am writing to comment on the book, Baking Illustrated. I purchased it in Atlanta at the convention. I prepared two recipes: Blueberry and Corn Muffins, which were two of the baked items I entered in the fair. They turned out excellent! They were better than the book suggested. Are you
going to do other chapters? This one was great, and it's definitely worth doing more.
