Each camp takes up resources so if there are camps that are not going to be used I would like to stop or delete them</SPAN></FONT></P>

Can these files be committed, if not, can they be “checkout” to restore the file to its prior version.</SPAN></FONT></P>

<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">The task of providing new & revised content to the team (and in particular Steve) is proving a bit cumbersome and time consuming. I would like to propose another tactic and get your thoughts. Once I have camp26 in sync with camp29, I’ll start updating camp26 with the new & revised content (including images & media). Before committing these modifications, I’ll pull in any changes that have been committed by other camps so there won’t be any conflicts between camps, and then I’ll commit my changes and pull them into camp29 and any other camps being used. If changes have been made in the other camps and not yet committed, Git won’t let me overwrite them, so work won’t be lost. As a rule, revisions made on camp29 will be considered the current version; camp26 will be used only as a means to distribute content, not for development. </SPAN></FONT></P>

<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">I’ll start with the content for Braille Bookstore and move from left to right on horizontal menu bar, then top to bottom on the left vertical menu bar. Each time I complete the content for a menu option; I’ll notify the team and include a list of all the files and their location. Revised and existing content will be stripped of references to the old templates and new content will be brought over as a Word doc in order to retain the formatting (headers, bullet points, bolding, etc.) which will then need to be translated into html code. </SPAN></FONT></P>
