Is the new router a wireless router?<br>
<br>
I've had issues with SSH and other stateful, session-based protocols staying
open over my wireless. With standard SSH (that is, as it is on Unix-like
OSes), I've found that the ServerAliveInterval option makes the
difference. SSH is typically configured to send TCP keep-alive packets by
default, but over the wireless that doesn't do the job (for reasons I've never
determined). ServerAliveInterval -- at least on Linux -- causes actual
SSH traffic to be used for keepalive purposes, rather than plain TCP.<br>
<br>
If WinSCP gives you the same ServerAliveInterval setting, try setting it to 10
seconds, and see if that makes the difference.<br>
