[NBP web-reskin] Questions for This Weekends Work

My wife had a death in the family so I've been out of town gor a few  
days.  I should be back sometime on Wednesday and I plan on having the  
changes done by next week.

I've thought of a work around for the issue of the server constantly  
pulling the rotating images down from the server.  If I get time I  
will try and get that done as well
