For number 2 could you replace the input box on the home page with the
still picture and a link to the media page?  I'll look at getting the
image to you either tonight or tomorrow.

Hi Richard,

          I have added both my home and office email to the list server
and I do get periodic email updates, so I should be all set with that.

I am using the camp29 site for my development.

 

My status is as follows:

Task 2: Remove video from homepage; Add still picture and link to Media
Page in its place - since the video was already removed hence there was
nothing to be done here.

Task 10. Eliminate space under the rotating image - Was already done

Task 32:Add 2 "Jump Links"  for the screen reader. (1) to go to the
Mission and (2) to go to the Content. These are done using a #bookmark
jump. - I added the jump link for the Mission and Richard had already
added the jump link for the Content.

 

Looking forward for more tasks to be assigned to me this Wednesday

Hello,

 

I didn't make as much progress as I'd hoped tonight.  I did manage to
get the home page changed so that it will no longer cause horiz scroll
bars to appear when the user is at 1024 resolution.  I also finally
managed to remove that lareg white space at the bottom of the menu
block.  I've cleaned up some code and removed some duplicate entries
from the style sheets.

 

 If you are not using camp_29 please make sure you do a git pull to
ensure you have the latest code.

 

Edie - I don't think the images on the right hand side of the home page
need to be reduced.  Have a look at the camp_29 page and see what you
think.

 

If I get a chance on Sunday I will try and adjust the size of the
secondary template to fit at 1024 and update the home page with the new
summary text to the right of  where the video image will be.

 

Krishma - if you haven't already added yourself to the list serv then
please do.  It will make emailing much easier.  I have both my home and
work emails added.
