[NBP web-reskin] WinSCP Connection is dropping

When using WinSCP I seem to be losing my connection to the server every now
and again. It reconnects fine.  Seems to be timing our very quickly. Has
anyone noticed anything like this?  I did make a network change on my end
with a new router on Christmas day.
