[NBP web-reskin] Home page latest version is ready

Hi Edie,

There isn't anything on the page to indicate this but we did add shortcut keys to the dropdown menu.  On a pc they are alt+1,2 etc and I believe on a Mac it will be COMMAND+1, 2 etc.
