[NBP web-reskin] Reorganization under Pages

I've updated camp26, camp30, and camp31 with the reorg changes. Changes were
limited to the folders residing in the ../nbp/pages directory.  Since
Richard & Steve are working in their camps I thought I would let them decide
when to "git pull" the changes. The structure is based on the menu options
from the web site:
