Thanks Edie.

Oh, if the Camp Id and Pw does not allow multiple user access
simultaneously, then I think we will need two more Id's for the Camp.

Talk with you later,

Steve

Sorry, Steve, I gave you some bad information. Your URL is
http://26.camp.nbp.temphost.net:9026/. The port (9026) needs to match
the camp (26). -Edie

	Hello All,

Last night I was successful in:

	(1) Logging into the Camp

	(2) Tried out Vim (vi improved) - I forgot about vi, not much
UNIX on my resume

	(3) Setup WinSCP for secure FTP and connected to the camp using
the Norton Commander interface (nice)

	(4) Reviewed the Templates folder on the Camp (Interesting)

	(5) Copied some files from the Camp to my hard drive

	(6) Modified some text in pages/index.html (Edie mentioned that
this file is the sites current home page)

	(7) Transferred index.html to the camp.

I was unsuccessful in seeing my text changes to index.html on
http://26.camp.nbp.temphost.net:9023/. Maybe what I updated was not the
Home Page.

Richard and Komal: Since I was unable to connect to the Camp
here at Fidelity yesterday, I won't be able to do the SameTime demo.
I'll get you the logins and passwords. The instructions Edie provided
are really good. And if you have a problem, I can walk you through it
over the phone.

	Thanks,

	Steve

		Subject: Getting Started

		This might help:

		1. Firewall Access

Your IP Address needs to be added to a "white" list. Go
to https://www.nbp.org/secure-bin/firewall and log in with the user name
and password for the firewall.

		2. Now you can shell into the web server using Putty
(download a copy from http://www.putty.org/). These are the parameters
to configure a session:

		Host Name: nbp.org

		Port: 22

		Protocol: SSH

Save the session, select session, then open the session.
This opens a session on the web server, you'll be prompted for your
login.

		3. Log in using your Camp user name and password.

Once you are logged in, change the directory to camp26
[cd camp26]. From camp26, templates are located in
catalogs/nbp/templates/regions; CSS file are located in htdocs/nbp; and
html pages are located catalogs/nbp/pages. This should get you started.

To view the camp site with a browser go to:
http://26.camp.nbp.temphost.net:9023/

Call me if you have any questions or problems:

		Hi Edie,

When ready, you can call me with the ID's and passwords:

		Hi Steve:

An account and camp has been set up for Fidelity. Ethan
will be setting

		up a

separate login for you to get through the firewall. When
both accounts

		are

established I would like to phone someone on the
Fidelity team with the

		ID's

		& passwords.

The client side tools that I use are:

		- Putty (free download at http://www.putty.org/) to
shell into the web

		server.

		- WinSCP (free download at
http://winscp.net/eng/index.php) to transfer

		files to the camp.

		- HTML editor

		Thanks,

		Edie

Subject: [NBP web-reskin] Question on the Camp

		Hi Ethan,

		How are you?

I was wondering if there are any client side tools
needed for

development. Or is a text editor and an FTPS client to
GET and PUT into

the (reskin) Camp all that is needed?

Please let us know when we have access to the current
NBP Camp for

		review.

Thanks and have a nice weekend,

		Steve
