[NBP web-reskin] Question on the Camp

Hi Steve:
An account and camp has been set up for Fidelity. Ethan will be setting up a
separate login for you to get through the firewall. When both accounts are
established I would like to phone someone on the Fidelity team with the ID's
& passwords. 

The client side tools that I use are:
- Putty (free download at http://www.putty.org/) to shell into the web
server.
- WinSCP (free download at http://winscp.net/eng/index.php) to transfer
files to the camp.
- HTML editor

I was wondering if there are any client side tools needed for
development.  Or is a text editor and an FTPS client to GET and PUT into
the (reskin) Camp all that is needed?

Please let us know when we have access to the current NBP Camp for
review.
