[NBP web-reskin] Homepage Prototype is now up!

Thanks Richard, this is great; I will pass it on to our testers.  For a
thorough testing of navigation, however, we will need to have a drop down
with several options for at least one of the menu selections.  It may also
be necessary to anchore the e-Newsletter sign-up, but I'll get feedback on
that.

Hello,

 

I've uploaded a rough prototype of the homepage to camp28 :
http://28.camp.nbp.temphost.net:9028/ic/nbp/homepage.html

 

I just used a rough approximation of the colours from the wire frames along
with some sample content.  None of the links work and there are no drop down
menus but they should register as links with the screen reading software.  I
tried to put titles on everything so that should help the software.

 

Let me know of any issues that come up.
