[NBP web-reskin] Meeting notes from 8/12/09 - 6:30pm-7:30pm

This will be brief based on some random notes I have:

(1) Richard and I signed on at that same time so the one ID will provide
access for multiple programmers.

(2) We briefly talked about how to develop in this environment. All (5)
Camps are available. We decided to assign them as follows:

Camp26 will be the DIT Environment, (Developer Integrated Testing)
Camp28 will be for Richard's development
Camp29 will be for Steve's development 
Camp30 will be for Komal's development
Camp31 will be for Prabhakar's development

(3) Edie suggested a sequence of 1-Development, 2-Source Control, and
3-Deployment to the test URL

The developers will put into git the HTML files that they create, this
is 1-Development, 2-Source Control.
Edie will maintain Camp26 by getting the source code from the git, this
is 3-Deployment to the test URL.
Each developer will be responsible to get from git any changes or new
development that the others have moved to git.

(4) We talked about how many Templates will be needed. We know of a
header and a footer. We will see how fitting the menu into the header
template works or not. There is secondary navigation on the right side
of the page. The looks like another template.

(5) The menu is referred to as "The Band."

(6) Richard and Steve are going to met here in Merrimack on Friday 8/14,
and layout the Home Page using the current wire frame.  As discussed in
the past, the plan will be to create the HTML for the Home Page. We may
not have the HTML Templates, but we will create something to test the
screen readers Jaws 10 and Windows eyes.  

(7) Richard would like to develop the pages using DIV's and not TABLE's
as he has had success with them in the past. 

(8) git info from previous emails - Edie and Ethan. We should all be
using the List Serve by now, so this will be a duplicate.
