[NBP web-reskin] Cleaning up the camps

Over the next week, I will be going through and removing the files & images
that are no longer in use. I think you will find that for the most part,
files can be re-used by undating templates and content. We want to be able
to preserve as much as possible the business logic that currently exists.

If there are specific concerns or considerations, use the web-reskin mailing
list to share them with Ethan and perhaps he can make some suggestions.
