Janet,

I have quickly updated the chemistry section according to the
suggestions, and added a couple more examples under the heading
"Electrons", to show electron dots, etc.

I have put in grade 1 passage mode around structural formulae where
necessary. Although it is in some cases more efficient to just use
single grade 1 indicators on individual letters, I wanted to avoid the
extra indicator within the diagram. (On the other hand I have used
capital indicators within the diagram in some cases, but two indicators
starts making it problemmatic for alignments, I suspect.)

I didn't change the order of the items above and below the arrow in the
Haber process example as suggested, because I read the top item first -
which I think is natural.

I hope this is OK.
